Return Window

You may return eligible items within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is in its original condition: unused and undamaged.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories are included.
  • You have proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt).

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at carascurios@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Exceptions

Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

  • Final sale items

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at carascurios@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
